P_I_C_T_U_R_E_S OF MY K_I_D_S
No this blog isn't about to go all personal with family pictures. But we have kids! Pygmy goat kids, that is.
We picked them up Sunday and then, instead of getting to work with them on their social skills I had to leave town for a few days. Younger daughter obligingly sent me these photos. She reports that they are learning to walk nicely on leash, that they have learned that a white plastic bucket contains yummy grain, and that they go to bed without fussing.
Bracken just turned 1 year old, so she's ready to be bred, if we can find her a baby daddy.
Bramble is 5 months old, and full of the dickens, but oh, so cute.

These guys look soo cute. Your not worried about them eating your garden to a stub?
I love seeing a blog post from you. The kids are very cute. I am eager to see what is happening in your garden. It has been a challenge on this side of the state with the hot, dry weather and water shortages.
Oh, how fun. My brother and I had a couple goats when we were growing up. They are a hoot!
awwwwwwwww! do you carry pictures of your kids around in your wallet?
My neighbors have goats.
I have grown very fond of them.
two years ago, I actually delivered triplet baby goats.
Now if my friends knew this about me, I'm not so sure they would believe me.
Enjoy your little goat-lets
How fun! Are those blackberries in the edge of the view? Those could be some valuable goats if they'll keep the blackberr in check.
I love them! They are adorable - your daughter has done well if they are now going to bed without fussing.
More pictures please!!
How cute they are, especially little Bramble. I truly think that you're very lucky to have so many different kinds of animals around you, I kid you not. ;-)
Oh my gosh I am so envious of your pigmy goats - you are going to have so much fun with them

My goat named Bart was crazy. He entngle himself into everything and went on a hunger strike due to loneliness. I rather have the babes that are gorgeous like your kids. I've been tellin everyone about my book "Diary of a Wannabe Gardener" Hope you can find time to read it. It can be eaten after reading by the kids?(smile) Check it out at Amazon.com Love the pictures.
I'm missing your blog posts - how are the kids doing?
Oh my gosh, how cute! I really want goats someday and those guys are adorable!
Definitely cute kids. I'm one of those people who have entertained the idea of occasionally renting a goat or two for periodic weed control. Unfortunately my idea was nipped in the bud by other household members.
Woo hoo - anyone home? We miss you in blogland!
